Marcelo De Nardi

Professor Marcelo De Nardi is a distinguished legal scholar and educator at the University of Vale do Rio dos Sinos. With a profound commitment to the study and practice of law, he has served as a professor of law since 1998. His extensive judicial career spans over three decades, including his ongoing role as a Federal Judge in the Court of Appeals since 1993. Prior to his judicial appointment, he practiced as an attorney, gaining valuable experience in legal advocacy.
