Kwang Hyun Suk

Emeritus President, Korea Private International Law Association

Kwang Hyun Suk is the Honorary President of the Korea Private International Law Association and a distinguished professor at Seoul National University’s School of Law. He earned his law degree from Seoul National University and has dedicated his career to teaching and advancing the field of private international law.

Professor Suk is a respected author of seminal works in the field, including Private International Law: Applicable Law and International Civil Procedure Law, both published in 2025. His scholarship continues to influence legal education and practice in Korea and beyond.
