Janella Estrada
Undersecretary, National Authority for Child Care (NACC)
Janella Estrada is the Undersecretary of the National Authority for Child Care (NACC), a position she has held since August 2022. She has a strong background in local governance, having served as Vice Mayor of San Juan City from 2016 to 2019 and as the No. 1 Councilor for District 2 of San Juan City from 2013 to 2016.
Ms. Estrada has held key leadership roles, including Presiding Officer of the 5th City Council and Chief Operating Officer of the San Juan City Anti-Drug Abuse Council. She is also active in various national organizations such as the Vice Mayors League of the Philippines and the National Movement of Young Legislators. Her academic credentials include leadership courses from Harvard Kennedy School and the SDG Academy.
