Seong Hoon Koo

Seong Hoon Koo is a judge currently serving at the Yeongwol Branch of the Chuncheon District Court. He completed his legal education at Seoul National University, graduating from both the College of Law and the Law School, and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Law at the same university.

Before his judicial appointment, Seong Hoon served as a military advocate from 2015 to 2018 and then worked as a law clerk between 2018 and 2020. He has been serving as a judge since 2020, gaining experience in various judicial roles at the district court level.
