Yu Ri Lee

Yuri Lee is the Director of the Adoption System Restructure Team at the Ministry of Health and Welfare, a position she has held since December 2023. She brings over a decade of experience within the Ministry, having served as Deputy Director in multiple policy divisions focused on children’s rights, medical security, and health policy from 2010 to 2023.

She was awarded the Prime Minister’s Commendation in December 2024 for outstanding service as a public official. Her work centers on strengthening child welfare systems and advancing reforms in adoption policy, reflecting her commitment to protecting vulnerable children and promoting effective social welfare governance.
